2018 – 2019

Artistic and unique, Danks Street is one of Sydney’s most admired urban villages, loved for its galleries, design stores and thriving culinary scene.  SSRB have worked with renowned architect Derek Raithby to transform the landmark 2 Danks Street into ARThouse, a collection of boutique apartments with street-level creative spaces.  The project fuses historic references and visionary contemporary design, with an exposed brickwork facade complementing the extensive use of modern, luminous glass.  SSRB are committed to environmentally aware design and ARThouse is no exception, receiving a Green Star Energy Smart rating.
